HOME PARTNERSHIP CELEBRATES PARTNERSTHAT HELPED PROVIDE $400,000+ TO 50 HOMEBUYERS

What: HPIrecently celebrated its Homeownership program and all the volunteerprofessional partners who helped make this program successful. HPI, with $500,000.00 from the State ofMaryland Department of Housing and Community Development, educated over 240prospective buyers and provided closing cost assistance to 75 families purchasinghomes in Harford County. Loans for firsttime buyers were targeted to three communities in Harford hard hit through theforeclosure crises.
