The mission of Home Partnership, Inc. is to expand access to affordable and successful homeownership for low and moderate-income families and to combat community deterioration thereby strengthening communities.

NORTH BAY APARTMENTS OPENING
Through a $50,000 Citi Foundations grant the North Bay Apartments project (formerly known as the Cedar Hill Apartments) was revitalized and developed as an opportunity for families to get a hand up - not a hand out. This project provides opportunities to families eligible for housing under federal and state guidelines. With the revitalization new services will include a literacy program, through Cecil College, children's art activities, child care through head start, job training, community center, and homeownership counseling
Families looking to make that leap to homeownership will be supported by home Partnership of Cecil County, Inc. programs from counseling to education and home buying.
Other partners involved in the project were Osprey Property Company, Grimm & Parker, Hamel Builders, Habitat America utilizing Housing Tax Credits from the Maryland Community Development Administration.
