Professional Partners
Homebuyers of HPI properties may select any industry professionals to meet their needs. HPI does not require homebuyers to work with organizations shown here. The industry professionals listed below have attended training on the objectives and procedures for this program. They have committed their support to the program goals, and offer their services to our homebuyers or prospective homebuyers. Be sure to let any Partner that you contact know, that you're contacting them because of the benefits they offer to buyers of Home Partnership, Inc.'s.
Lenders
These Lender Partners from local and national lending institutions offer a wide array of mortgage products to meet the needs of today's homebuyers. Lender Partners participation in the program requires them to thoroughly explain the Good Faith Estimate disclosures which they provide you, reflect at least 15 days pre-paid interest on the Good Faith Estimate, include any organization fee in "points" quoted, quote rates based on at least 60 day pricing, take no overage on the rate lock, and offer any available programs, pricing specials or corporate subsides from their lending institution.
