Lender Partners participation in the program requires them to thoroughly explain the Good Faith Estimate disclosures which they provide you, reflect at least 15 days pre-paid interest on the Good Faith Estimate, Include any organization fee in “points” quoted, quote rates based on at least 60 day pricing, take no overage on the rate lock, and offer any available programs, pricing specials or corporate subsides from their lending institution.
