Housing Development provides real housing opportunities through one of HPI's home ownership programs.

Closing Cost Assistance

Saving for a down payment and/or closing costs is the greatest obstacle most first-time home buyers face. As a result, government and private industry have committed resources to promote homeownership in the form of loans and/or grants to help meet this challenge. All closing cost assistance programs require Homebuyer Education and Pre-purchase homeownership counseling. Often for eligibility, and certainly to best understand the options available, Homebuyer Education and Pre-purchase homeownership counseling must be completed prior to entering into a contract on a home.
