FREE FORECLOSURE PREVENTION CLASSES
This class will provide you with information regarding the foreclosure process and other options that may be available to you. Home Partnership, Inc. is a non-profit organization and does not charge for its foreclosure services.

The Foreclosure Prevention initiative starts with individuals and families completing a foreclosure intake package. (Please print and submit Foreclosure Package listed below):

You may print the blank forms and complete all information by hand.
Once the intake package has been completed and all documents are gathered, please mail or bring paperwork to our office.
After the counselor reviews your file it may be necessary to schedule a one-on-one counseling session. One-on-one counseling sessions include budget counseling, direct assistance in working with lenders and mortgage servicers, and referrals, if necessary, to relevant agencies for additional services. Please note Home Partnership, Inc. does not offer any financial assistance.
