These Title Company partners, trained by Home Partnership, Inc., are familiar with the requirements of our programs and are known to us from experience to be capable professionals. In agreeing to participate in the program, these organizations have offered to limit their fees and agreed to share title insurance binders so they can offer our homebuyers reduced settlement costs.
